Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure with disciplined opportunity qualification and deal inspection.
  • Relentlessly prospect for new business and manage a high-value territory with strong accountability for measurable outcomes.
  • Engage stakeholders at multiple levels, including C-suite, clinical, and operational leaders, across complex buying committees.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by educating prospects and tailoring solutions to their needs through a consultative approach.
  • Manage territory priorities, key accounts, and sales activities with strong time management and business ownership.
  • Navigate complex and extended enterprise sales cycles while maintaining resilience and customer focus.
  • Handle RFP processes, legal negotiations, and consensus-building across broad buying groups.
  • Travel frequently to client sites and industry events, with up to 50% travel expected.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven record of closing deals exceeding $1M in the benefits, health tech, medical device, SaaS, digital health, or enterprise software sectors.
  • Experience selling into health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, ACOs, or other provider organizations strongly preferred.
  • History of exceptional sales performance with quotas above $1M and consistent attainment in the past two years.
  • Experience with extended enterprise sales cycles, including cycles longer than 12 months.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence stakeholders across large, complex organizations.
  • Deep understanding of RFP management, legal negotiations, and buying committee consensus building.
  • Strong Salesforce discipline and forecasting accuracy required.
  • Knowledge of health system procurement processes and provider organization operations strongly preferred.
  • Formal sales training is a plus.
  • Strong preference for a candidate based in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones, with ability to travel 40-50% within the West and Midwest region.
