Description

  • Design and deploy field-ready playbooks for Enterprise Sales and Customer Success that standardize how teams win health plans, activate customers, and generate provider referrals.
  • Define end-to-end workflows that guide teams through opportunity progression, proposal development, and provider outreach.
  • Standardize the enterprise sales journey by clarifying expectations at each stage from discovery through contracting.
  • Provide frameworks such as discovery and solution alignment to improve conversion across the sales process.
  • Drive pipeline hygiene and reporting in partnership with Performance Management and surface growth insights for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Analyze deal breakdowns and coach sales leaders on practical ways to remove friction and improve execution.
  • Create guidance for provider engagement and improve the BDM model to increase the quality and consistency of outreach.
  • Build workflows that help convert provider contacts into active referring providers.
  • Establish a consistent approach to RFPs and ensure health plan and health system content is delivered on time with a clear value story.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Product teams to align messaging, share field insights, and improve strategy through feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Enablement, or Proposal Management, ideally in healthcare or digital health.
  • Proven track record of building sales playbooks that improve execution and conversion.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, particularly with health plans and health systems.
  • Experience with proposal strategy and RFP coordination.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise health plan marketing and sales.
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, field-ready execution.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
