Description

  • Exceed annual quota by bringing in new Bend health partners.
  • Prospect new business independently and with Bend and Lyra lead generation partners.
  • Inspire senior executives to prioritize mental health initiatives.
  • Educate partner leadership on the U.S. mental health care system and Bend’s value proposition.
  • Communicate Bend’s value verbally, in writing, and with quantitative analysis.
  • Negotiate with medical directors, administrators, network contracting, finance, and procurement executives.
  • Document deal progress to support business growth and reporting needs.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success to support implementations and ongoing client management.
  • Maintain relationships with contracted health systems to increase referral volume and expand covered services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or a comparable role.
  • Experience selling directly to health systems or consulting with health systems is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 40% of the time.
  • Must be physically located within commuting distance of Houston, TX.
  • Strong negotiation skills on business terms and contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quantitative mindset with comfort analyzing numbers and identifying insights.
  • Interest in understanding the U.S. healthcare system.
  • Passion for mental health.
  • Tenacious, persistent, intellectually curious, and highly organized.

  • Base salary range of $81,200 to $111,650 per year.
