Description

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic employer customers with 3,000-10,000 lives.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers’ benefits team members and other key stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing to develop and deliver customer campaigns and workshops.
  • Produce and regularly communicate customer reports.
  • Collaborate with product, clinical, data science, legal, and other internal teams to resolve customer requests and issues.
  • Contribute customer and patient input to product roadmap planning.
  • Champion new product offerings with customers.
  • Ensure customers feel supported and delighted after every interaction to drive annual renewals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer success or a related field, ideally in HR, benefits, or healthcare.
  • Experience working with customers with 3,000-10,000 employees.
  • Passion for mental health and improving the healthcare landscape.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust.
  • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong project management skills and experience working successfully on cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers at once.
  • Willingness to travel 10%.
