Description

  • Work at the intersection of clinical research, clinical expertise, and generative AI development.
  • Use clinical and scientific standards to inform AI development and evaluation methods.
  • Apply evidence-based mental health science to clinical product development.
  • Support AI-powered feature development across the product life cycle, from design and conceptualization through post-deployment monitoring.
  • Specify clinical requirements for product features and validate their integration with cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate feature performance and monitor products after deployment.
  • Communicate clinical considerations, requirements, and insights to cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and clinical teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Stay current on clinical AI research and share relevant findings with the team.

Requirements

  • PsyD or PhD in clinical psychology.
  • Current clinical licensure preferred.
  • Strong foundational skills in clinical research methods and ability to apply them to generative AI-focused work.
  • 1+ year of experience developing and/or evaluating digital mental health tools and interventions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interest in building knowledge in AI-related domains such as machine learning and prompt engineering; prior experience is a plus.
  • Excellent training in evidence-based mental health interventions such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
  • Strong training in clinical risk management and/or experience with high-severity clinical populations.
  • Deep commitment to culturally responsive care and health equity; specialized training and experience with diverse populations preferred.
  • Highly adaptable, creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $106,000 to $162,500 annually.
