Description

  • Review the evidence base and create engaging self-care resources such as articles, storytelling pieces, short videos, quick tips, and exercises.
  • Develop tailored content for special populations and use qualitative research, such as provider surveys, to improve clinical value.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on monthly campaigns, provide clinical review, and contribute the clinical perspective in strategy discussions.
  • Support the development and refinement of clinical AI tools through testing, quality assurance monitoring, and writing gold-standard responses and dialogues.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and other cross-functional teams on self-care initiatives.
  • Track emerging trends and research in the self-care landscape to identify opportunities for engagement and clinical value.
  • Review potential content sources for licensing and propose new ideas for self-care innovation.
  • Develop and deliver internal trainings to help teams disseminate self-care resources across Lyra.
  • Support localization efforts to adapt self-care resources for new languages and global populations.

Requirements

  • PsyD or PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
  • Fully licensed psychologist with 2+ years of primarily full-time direct clinical experience post-licensure.
  • Excellent writing skills with demonstrated content development experience.
  • Strong training and experience delivering evidence-based treatments such as ACT, MBCT, MBSR, CBT, DBT, IPT, and EFT.
  • Experience with wellness interventions and safety risk assessment and management.
  • Ability to apply case conceptualization, treatment planning, and curriculum development to wellness programming.
  • Training and experience teaching skills groups directly to clients, such as DBT, CBT, or MBSR.
  • Preferred experience as a mindfulness trainer or practitioner.
  • Preferred experience providing evidence-based care for parents, adolescents, and/or children.
  • Preferred strong training in culturally responsive care.
  • Experience in mental health promotion or prevention interventions is a plus.
  • Independent, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, compassionate, and open-minded communication skills.

  • Annual base salary range of $106,000 to $162,500.
