Description

  • Drive GTM initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners to support profitable growth and cost management.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to provide insights that help drive ACV and revenue growth.
  • Monitor leading indicators against forecast performance and translate learnings into booking projections.
  • Work with Product to align on roadmap priorities, develop business cases, and define operating goals for launches and engagement.
  • Serve as a growth stakeholder across business operations, product, finance, and clinical operations.
  • Improve GTM strategy and planning by defining growth metrics, building tools and processes, and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Support a scalable GTM operating model, including territory planning and account assignments.
  • Evaluate strategic investments in partner and vendor solutions that support growth goals.
  • Partner with Finance on revenue forecasting and GTM efficiency.
  • Lead program management for cross-functional initiatives and planning efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, or another relevant quantitative discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, sales strategy, digital health, or a related field.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to take ownership in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, summarize key insights, and drive recommended outcomes.
  • Experience developing business and financial models to support decision-making.
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally and with senior leaders to build sponsorship for strategic programs.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and comfort triaging multiple data sources.
  • Results-driven mindset with flexibility to adjust working hours as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Prior management consulting experience preferred.
  • Experience with B2B or B2B2C products and solutions preferred.
  • Background in healthcare or benefits strategy preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo preferred.
  • West Coast location and ability to work PST hours preferred.

  • Base salary range of $76,000 to $104,500 per year.
