Description

  • Deliver high-quality counselling across in-person, virtual, and telephonic modalities.
  • Use evidence-based, solution-focused interventions tailored to workplace wellness and employee care timelines.
  • Complete all case notes within Lyra’s required 24-hour documentation window.
  • Maintain clinical notes that meet global quality standards and audit protocols.
  • Verify all client interactions through Lyra’s official notice system before initiating treatment.
  • Identify high-risk cases, crises, and clinical red flags, and follow emergency handling SLAs.
  • Adhere to Lyra’s direct-transaction policy and avoid any direct billing or payment with employees.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and comply with Lyra’s non-solicitation policy.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and clinical oversight teams to support care outcomes.
  • Uphold confidentiality, record-keeping standards, and SLA-based task ownership.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
  • Valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience after completing a Master’s degree.
  • Prior EAP service provider experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models.
  • Experience in EAP services and workplace wellness.
  • Experience supporting stress management and occupational burnout.
  • Experience with relationship and interpersonal issues, grief and bereavement counselling, or family/play therapy preferred.
  • Preferred to have a dedicated physical office or clinic space in the city of application.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong therapeutic alliance-building ability.
