Description

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows, anticipate needs, and translate ambiguous requirements into documented solution designs.
  • Build, test, iterate, and deploy Salesforce solutions while aligning with platform standards and collaborating across development teams.
  • Develop internal GTM applications with Engineering using React, NestJS, GraphQL, and secure Salesforce APIs.
  • Implement and maintain the custom Revenue Lifecycle Management solution, including data modeling, CPQ, entitlements, renewals, and related integrations.
  • Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and systems including Fin AI, Gong, Dialpad, HubSpot, Front, Tabs, PandaDoc, and Slack.
  • Choose between declarative Salesforce configuration, Flow, Apex, and custom code based on the use case.
  • Develop and maintain secure Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes with meaningful test coverage.
  • Collaborate with AI Automation Engineers to connect n8n workflows to Salesforce data and business processes.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and structured sandbox-to-production release processes.
  • Use AI development tools to generate and debug code, scaffold LWCs, validate tests, and maintain Salesforce metadata.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including production Apex and Lightning Web Components.
  • Proficiency with Apex classes, triggers, batch, queueable and schedulable processes, SOQL/SOSL, and the Salesforce security model.
  • Experience designing solutions from stakeholder discovery conversations and documenting technical requirements.
  • Ability to operate autonomously as the embedded technical resource for a business function.
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations with external systems and exposing Salesforce data through secure services or APIs.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools, including GitHub and Gearset.
  • Comfort using AI tooling in daily development workflows and critically validating generated code.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Preferred familiarity with B2B SaaS revenue lifecycle management, CPQ, Salesforce Flow at scale, and Omni-Channel.
  • Preferred exposure to React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Apollo Client, NestJS/GraphQL, Postgres, or Redis.
