Description

  • Guide clients through the first 4-8 weeks of onboarding and act as their primary point of contact.
  • Build relationships with clients and translate their business, brand, and vision into actionable steps for internal teams.
  • Manage the buildout and design process for award-winning real estate websites.
  • Communicate order of operations, technical complexities, and expectations clearly to clients.
  • Coordinate client calls, meetings, and project timelines while keeping work organized and on schedule.
  • Identify problems, remove roadblocks, and propose solutions for clients and team members.
  • Maintain a high bar for website quality and design throughout the onboarding process.
  • Master the company's product, processes, and tools to deliver a white-glove client experience.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in software implementation, media agency campaign execution, or creative operations for a design company.
  • Previous experience interning or working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Experience coordinating client calls, meetings, and projects.
  • Experience serving clients and attending to client needs.
  • Strong enthusiasm, competitive spirit, and a friendly, sunny disposition.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in luxury real estate; passion for the industry is a plus.
  • Understanding of platforms such as Squarespace, Shopify, or WordPress is a plus.
