Description

  • Own the content strategy that drives organic search traffic, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with SEO teams on keyword strategy, topic clusters, and technical SEO priorities.
  • Lead content strategy for AI search surfaces such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
  • Build and run a structured multi-format content operation across blog, newsletter, webinars, white papers, lead magnets, research reports, CEO op-eds, keynote scripts, and event content.
  • Establish production calendars, editorial workflows, quality standards, and review cycles.
  • Expand newsletter reach, engagement, and pipeline contribution as a core distribution channel.
  • Oversee webinar and event content production and direct thought leadership content for publications, conferences, and panels.
  • Own audience growth strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Oversee video content production and provide creative and editorial direction on packaging, pacing, titles, and thumbnails.
  • Build and lead a content team and contributor network, including freelancers and on-camera talent, while integrating AI tools into production workflows.

Requirements

  • 7 to 12 years of experience in content marketing, media, editorial, or demand generation environments.
  • Proven experience building content engines that drove measurable organic traffic, MQLs, and pipeline.
  • Track record of growing social media audiences with platform-native content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO strategy, keyword research, and search algorithms.
  • Familiarity with AI search discoverability is a significant plus.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate content production, optimization, and repurposing.
  • Experience producing or overseeing video content, ideally YouTube or recurring show formats.
  • Track record of managing multi-format editorial operations including blogs, newsletters, webinars, lead magnets, research reports, and event content.
  • Experience building and managing content teams with full-time staff, freelancers, and contributors.
  • A portfolio or body of work demonstrating strong editorial judgment, contemporary taste, and results.
