Description

  • Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Edit long-form YouTube videos, including full-length podcast episodes up to 30 minutes.
  • Create engaging, on-brand edits tailored to different visual styles and brand tones.
  • Follow internal briefs and deliver edits on time while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Clean and enhance audio and video quality for retention-focused content.
  • Structure episodes with strong pacing, storytelling, and intentional cuts.
  • Create SEO-optimized YouTube titles, descriptions, and show notes.
  • Design high-quality thumbnails aligned with brand identity.
  • Upload, organize, and optimize videos in YouTube Studio.
  • Generate vertical clips for repurposing and assist with content distribution and asset labeling.

Requirements

  • Strong video editing experience across both long-form and short-form content.
  • Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
  • A portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form video work.
  • Ability to edit for audience retention and watch time.
  • Excellent written English for titles, descriptions, and show notes.
  • Strong audio cleanup skills and thumbnail design capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Consistent access to a computer, editing software, and high-speed internet.
  • Preferred experience with After Effects, Canva or Photoshop, YouTube Studio, and Google Drive workflows.
