Description

  • Create high-impact content that translates customer outcomes and product capabilities into compelling proof points.
  • Manage the centralized enablement repository and keep materials current and organized.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent, actionable, and aligned across product marketing assets.
  • Own the monthly customer newsletter from content development through distribution.
  • Develop storytelling for demos, case studies, thought leadership, and other customer-facing narratives.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Marketing, and Compliance on content and go-to-market assets.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to develop and distribute high-impact content.
  • Synthesize customer insights into messaging, positioning, and content development.
  • Translate complex product details into clear, differentiated narratives for institutional audiences.

Requirements

  • Experience creating content and enablement for institutional audiences.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Strong ability to synthesize customer insights into messaging and positioning.
  • Willingness to go deep on complex product details and explain them clearly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using AI tools to scale content creation and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Ability to work across Product Marketing, Product, Marketing, and Compliance.
  • Bonus points if you were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton.
