Description

  • Develop customized client-facing content such as executive updates, outcome reports, engagement overviews, and strategic growth recommendations.
  • Partner with delivery and account leadership to understand client priorities, engagement history, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Translate delivery outcomes and technical achievements into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.
  • Equip delivery teams with messaging and materials that strengthen trust, credibility, and client relationships.
  • Create materials that show how Liatrio’s services map to client goals and open pathways for expanded engagements.
  • Anticipate client questions and objections and address them proactively in messaging.
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for key client accounts and provide consistent, on-brand support.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Delivery Leadership to align messaging with offerings and growth strategy.
  • Capture insights from active engagements and feed them back into marketing and sales for broader use.
  • Contribute to case studies and internal knowledge capture based on client engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or client communications, preferably in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise services.
  • Proven ability to create client-specific content and messaging that resonates with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong storytelling and writing ability with a track record of simplifying technical outcomes into compelling business narratives.
  • Experience partnering directly with client-facing and delivery teams.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to balance multiple client needs.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel to client sites throughout the U.S., typically 10-50% depending on client need.
  • Experience in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise services is preferred.

  • Annual base salary of $110,000 to $130,000 depending on experience.
