Description

  • Lead and inspire sales associates on the shop floor to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Use sales dashboard results to coach the team and adjust shop floor structure as needed.
  • Deliver world-class customer experiences, including product demonstrations and consultations.
  • Educate customers on Lush brand values and support community engagement and traffic-driving initiatives.
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Support team development by giving and receiving feedback and seeking growth opportunities.
  • Handle cash transactions, register opening and closing, cash reconciliation, and nightly deposits.
  • Monitor attendance, breaks, daily communications, and task lists to keep the team prepared and organized.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store through visual merchandising standards.
  • Support inventory management, stock practices, and compliance with store policies, health, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience problem-solving customer service issues in day-to-day operations.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Preferred experience with consultation-based customer service models.
  • Preferred experience analyzing sales metrics.
  • Preferred experience working in skincare or cosmetics.
  • Preferred experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
  • Preferred fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.

Benefits

  • Hourly pay of $16.50 in Houston Galleria.
  • Full-time position with 30-39 hours per week.
