Description

  • Manage registration, scheduling, and rescheduling for new and existing patients.
  • Answer incoming calls and serve as the first point of contact for patients.
  • Obtain, verify, and communicate patient information including identification, history, insurance details, missed appointment policy, therapist arrival instructions, and intake forms.
  • Receive, screen, and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to patient leads.
  • Send emails to patient leads.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for patient interactions and onboarding.
  • Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Requirements

  • 1 year of office admin experience required.
  • 1 year of call center, contact center, or other high-call-volume experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.
  • Reliable high-speed internet required for remote work, plus a backup internet option to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
  • Must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states and, for fully remote eligibility, outside a 50-mile radius of Luna's Nashville office.
