Description

  • Design and build end-to-end video analysis pipelines across visual, audio, and text signals.
  • Extract sentiment, intent, and semantic meaning from multimodal data.
  • Deploy models into secure production environments and ensure they operate reliably at scale.
  • Own and optimize self-hosted LLM infrastructure for private hosting requirements.
  • Manage inference pipelines with attention to performance, latency, cost, and uptime trade-offs.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across model-serving systems.
  • Partner with Product to define a roadmap and execute against it.
  • Mentor mid-level and junior engineers.
  • Review code, influence architecture, and raise engineering standards.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in existing video capabilities and turn them into deployed improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of machine learning experience for Senior level, or 7-8+ years for Staff level.
  • Strong depth in computer vision, video analysis, large language models, and multimodal systems.
  • Experience shipping real systems to production, not just prototypes.
  • Understanding of the full ML lifecycle, including modeling, infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Experience deploying models in containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud or on-prem infrastructure.
  • Experience managing performance, scaling, and reliability of model-serving systems.
  • Experience hosting LLMs or large models in controlled environments.
  • Ability to propose a direction, validate assumptions, and move forward proactively in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong communication skills with extreme clarity.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or CX platforms, experience at a recognizable technology brand, Arabic multimodal or NLP exposure, OCR for Arabic text in video, generative video or diffusion models, or edge AI optimization are preferred.
