Description

  • Design training solutions for clients based on their business needs and learning objectives.
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective learning experiences.
  • Lead instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop e-learning course content.
  • Analyse, design, develop, implement, and evaluate online learning and support solutions.
  • Work across instructional, graphic, and assessment design for multiple learning projects at the same time.
  • Guide the team in writing content for e-learning, animations, drama, printed materials, and other formats.
  • Develop templates and manage course content files, including audio, video, and SCORM assets.
  • Organize, track, and maintain documentation, version control, and periodic course reviews.
  • Run creative meetings and keep project discussions focused and on track.
  • Support the delivery team on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design.
  • BA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in creative writing.
  • Strong ability to communicate information to a diverse audience.
  • An eye for good visual design.
  • Experience working within defined standards, resources, and deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple learning project workflows simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with multiple delivery methods, including HTML5, Storyline, Articulate Rise, PDF, Word, and PowerPoint.
