Description

  • Lead and grow the FP&A team while mentoring team members and improving processes and analytics.
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled tooling and workflows across FP&A and the broader organization.
  • Build next-generation financial metrics and reporting for hybrid human/agent workforce planning.
  • Own the annual planning and monthly rolling forecast processes with department leaders.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and investment decisions.
  • Prepare board and investor materials that communicate the company’s financial story and growth trajectory.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations on sales efficiency, GTM metrics, and customer acquisition economics.
  • Lead monthly business reviews with department leaders and senior leadership.
  • Evaluate potential M&A opportunities and other strategic investments.
  • Partner with Accounting to align actual results with forward-looking plans.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Direct management experience in FP&A with a record of developing team members.
  • Strong financial modeling experience with a detail-oriented and scrappy approach.
  • Expertise in SaaS metrics, unit economics, and growth-stage business dynamics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative approach to influencing decisions through data and analytics.
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with analytical rigor and detailed execution.
  • Ownership mindset with a continuous improvement orientation.
  • Experience using AI tooling to augment judgment and business understanding.
  • Experience working with executives, investors, and board members (preferred).

  • Base salary of $150,000 to $200,000 annually.
