Description

  • Support and build relationships with North American logistics, operations, and technology partners to drive referrals, pipeline growth, and closed revenue.
  • Assist in managing a pipeline of partner-sourced sales opportunities alongside Partner Managers, go-to-market leadership, and Account Executive teams.
  • Help develop and execute joint business plans with partners to create mutual value and grow pipeline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Merchant Success on repeatable go-to-market playbooks.
  • Identify co-marketing opportunities such as campaigns, case studies, and events across partner ecosystems.
  • Support product and partnership evaluations by gathering partner and market feedback to surface high-value opportunities.
  • Build recommendations for how Loop can grow with specific partners and help put those plans into action.
  • Work as part of a global Partner team spanning logistics, agency, and tech partnerships.
  • Travel periodically to meet ecosystem partners in person as needed.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related client-facing B2B role, ideally at a SaaS company or within the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with the North American D2C e-commerce landscape, including logistics and operations, tech platforms, or direct brand work.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Resourceful and curious, with the ability to ask good questions and learn quickly.
  • Strong active listening and communication skills, with experience bringing clarity to ambiguous or complex situations.
  • Comfortable working as both a team player and individual contributor in a remote-first environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to stay diplomatic under pressure.
  • Willing and able to travel as needed, approximately 10%, to meet with new and existing partners.
  • Must be located in the United States for this position.
