Description

  • Manage daily website operations, including page builds, content updates, and CMS structure.
  • Make basic front-end updates and troubleshoot issues using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Write and edit headlines, CTAs, microcopy, and page content.
  • Own conversion rate optimization across key pages and funnels.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, applying results to site improvements.
  • Monitor analytics and translate traffic, engagement, conversion, and performance data into recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Growth teams on pages, campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Maintain site speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, SEO, and structured data schema using JSON-LD.
  • Audit site content, links, and functionality to identify and resolve issues.
  • Manage the website roadmap and coordinate with developers or agencies on larger technical projects.

Requirements

  • Professional experience managing a website in a CMS environment.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and CRO tools or methodologies, such as HubSpot or Optimizely.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills for clear, persuasive, on-brand website content.
  • Proficiency with AI tools and willingness to adopt emerging technologies.
  • Ability to interpret analytics data, such as GA4, and develop actionable improvements and test hypotheses.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Sanity CMS experience preferred.
  • Experience with SEO, page speed optimization, or accessibility standards preferred.
  • B2B SaaS or real estate/proptech experience preferred.
