Description

  • Create professional hospitality websites using the in-house website builder and branded visual elements.
  • Manage website onboarding projects, delivery timelines, records, and task-management systems across multiple customer accounts.
  • Consult with customers through video, email, and voice calls to gather needs and provide account support.
  • Collaborate with website designers and internal teams to publish high-quality websites on time.
  • Scope website services and answer questions from prospective customers.
  • Investigate website errors, manage escalations, and resolve customer concerns and complaints.
  • Research website trends, develop content, and recommend service and process improvements.
  • Follow internal onboarding procedures to efficiently launch customer websites.

Requirements

  • Availability to work 9 AM–6 PM Thailand local time (2 AM–11 AM UTC).
  • 1+ years of website design and development experience (preferred).
  • 1+ years of HTML and CSS experience (preferred).
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva (preferred).
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Duda (preferred).
  • Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service or professional-services onboarding experience.
  • Strong design sense, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Reliable internet/Wi-Fi connection and current authorization to work in the role's location without visa sponsorship.
