Description

  • Create high-fidelity web design concepts for clients across multiple industries.
  • Push UI/UX, illustration, and motion design to create innovative digital experiences.
  • Develop visual concepts using a strategy-led design approach.
  • Translate static designs into motion and animation concepts.
  • Lead design discussions and presentations, explaining design rationale and decisions.
  • Build trusted client relationships and provide creative problem-solving and ideation.
  • Partner with internal and external cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Communicate complex digital project concepts to varied audiences.
  • Inspire team members to deliver high-quality experiences.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth and depth in digital design, web design, and user experience.
  • 4–6 years of experience at a leading digital agency.
  • Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Player-coach mindset and openness to different points of view.
  • Knowledge of current design trends, innovation, and best practices.
  • Ability to improve design practices and processes.
  • Availability to accommodate Pacific Standard Time for occasional team and client collaboration.
  • Ability to work remotely from any location or from the San Jose, California headquarters.
