Description

  • Lead and manage a small team of full-stack engineers through planning, delegation, mentorship, feedback, and technical direction.
  • Maintain and enhance the secure, scalable, performant .NET and Angular e-signature platform.
  • Own platform reliability through monitoring, alerting, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Uphold document integrity, auditability, authentication, security, and relevant compliance standards.
  • Operate and improve Azure infrastructure using cloud best practices for scalability, resilience, cost, and observability.
  • Collaborate with Product, IT, designers, and stakeholders on requirements, enhancements, deployments, and releases.
  • Coordinate incident response and on-call support for customer-impacting issues.
  • Review solution designs and code while maintaining coding, compliance, and security standards.
  • Drive testing, refactoring, automation, documentation, usability improvements, and technical-debt reduction.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve discovery, implementation, testing, documentation, and delivery.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience developing and delivering large-scale distributed systems.
  • 6+ years of experience with .NET Framework, .NET Standard, or .NET Core.
  • 3+ years of experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience building reusable Angular components, managing front-end state, and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Prior experience leading or managing a small engineering team, including mentoring and delegation.
  • Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including deploying, operating, and monitoring IaaS or PaaS workloads.
  • Experience maintaining and enhancing an established production SaaS platform.
  • Experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, and non-relational databases.
  • Understanding of application security and preferably e-signature, document-integrity, audit-trail, ESIGN, UETA, or eIDAS concepts.
  • Experience with Agile SaaS organizations, deployment coordination, observability, incident response, and performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of DRY, SOLID, KISS, and common software design patterns.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and prompt or context engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
