Description

  • Lead and manage a small team of full-stack engineers through technical direction, delegation, mentorship, and feedback.
  • Maintain and enhance the secure, scalable, performant .NET and Angular e-signature platform.
  • Own platform reliability through monitoring, alerting, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Uphold document integrity, auditability, authentication, security, and data-protection standards.
  • Operate and improve Azure infrastructure for scalability, resilience, cost efficiency, and observability.
  • Partner with Product, IT, designers, and stakeholders to plan requirements, enhancements, deployments, and releases.
  • Coordinate incident response and on-call support for customer-impacting issues.
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, testing, refactoring, automation, documentation, and usability improvements.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to improve discovery, implementation, testing, documentation, and delivery.
  • Prioritize maintenance and enhancement work while supporting technical decisions and production outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience developing and delivering large-scale distributed systems.
  • 6+ years of experience with .NET Framework, .NET Standard, or .NET Core.
  • 3+ years of experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience building reusable Angular components, managing front-end state, and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Experience leading or managing a small engineering team, including mentoring and delegating to experienced developers.
  • Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including deploying, operating, and monitoring IaaS or PaaS workloads.
  • Experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, and non-relational databases.
  • Experience maintaining and enhancing established production SaaS platforms, rather than only greenfield systems.
  • Understanding of application security and preferably e-signature, document integrity, audit-trail, ESIGN, UETA, or eIDAS concepts.
  • Experience coordinating releases, auditing telemetry and logs, improving reliability, and working in Agile SaaS organizations.
  • Knowledge of DRY, SOLID, and KISS principles and common design patterns.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and prompt/context engineering, plus strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
