Description

  • Lead client implementations, conversions, training, data setup, and other professional services engagements across the Lone Wolf platform suite.
  • Implement coordinated project plans for successful onboarding and delivery.
  • Perform needs assessments and requirements gathering activities.
  • Provide product training, pre-sales and post-sales application support, and escalated support within internal guidelines.
  • Provide regular internal and external status updates on progress, accomplishments, and risks.
  • Work with key client leads on software configuration and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Business Solutions Consultant team to support transition from implementation to feature adoption and utilization.
  • Guide clients on data extracts so they can use third-party APIs.
  • Track project work to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Participate in internal UAT activities and maintain knowledge of product development, product vision, and real estate industry trends.

Requirements

  • A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting.
  • Exceptional project planning skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Proven track record in providing in-house and remote training.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs.
  • Ability to successfully and independently manage multiple projects and resolve issues.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding client relationship skills.
  • Experience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test, and improve products.
  • Prior experience with agency systems or related software/applications preferred.
