Description

  • Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate technical requirements into scalable integration solutions.
  • Drive customer onboarding through solution discovery, technical enablement, product deployment assessment, and platform integration.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend solutions using the Firework platform and products.
  • Communicate the integration process clearly to new partners and oversee live launches and handoffs to Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Serve as the technical voice of the customer and relay product feedback to Product and Engineering.
  • Triage and resolve bugs and technical issues throughout the customer journey.
  • Create and maintain mapping of manual and automated requirements, tests, dependencies, integration playbooks, and technical documentation.
  • Lead multiple enterprise-level integration projects with various stakeholders on deadline-driven schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or another technical field.
  • 3+ years of solution engineering or technical consulting/management experience in a customer-facing role at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong empathy and emotional intelligence with diverse customers.
  • Advanced technical discovery, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven.
  • Experience developing rich applications with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with mobile development (Android, iOS) and cross-platform tools such as Flutter or React is a plus.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and Shopify is a plus.
