Description

  • Configure and QA products, identify issues, and escalate problems as needed.
  • Support Implementation Managers with user acceptance testing alongside customers.
  • Maintain and improve documentation, including configuration guides, process workflows, and testing procedures.
  • Support internal process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to workflow enhancements.
  • Analyze customer data to provide insights during the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with teams across Implementation, R&D, Support, Solutions Engineering, Training, and Customer Success.
  • Help accelerate time to value for new customers during onboarding.
  • Contribute to a high-quality customer implementation experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Psychology, or Biology, or related coursework.
  • 0-2 years of experience through internships, research, or roles in technical support, analysis, or configuration.
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, customer-focused, business-minded, and intellectually curious.
  • Proficiency in using AI to streamline tasks and improve output.
  • Basic understanding of software configuration and testing is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong learning mindset, adaptability to new tools, and a self-starter mentality.
  • Healthcare or startup experience is a plus.
  • Open to travel to customer sites.
