Description

  • Own the merchant journey from signed contract through the first 28 days live.
  • Manage a rolling book of business of approximately 65–80 merchants.
  • Drive outbound engagement to accelerate time-to-activation.
  • Hit quarterly attainment goals tied to speed and quality.
  • Build and continuously refine the implementation playbook as the vertical evolves.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to remove launch blockers.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues slowing merchant activation.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure consistent merchant launch outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or Account Management.
  • Experience carrying quota or attainment-based goals.
  • Comfort with outbound sales motion and high call volume.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a large, rolling book of business.
  • A builder’s mindset and comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially on the phone.
  • Bias toward action and willingness to test and iterate on processes.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with POS systems, Open API, or SFTP integrations.

  • Base salary range of $25.60–$37.60 USD per hour.
  • Total on-target earnings of $32–$47 USD per hour including commissions.
