Description

  • Manage up to 7 concurrent Shopify and eCommerce projects across builds, CRO initiatives, SEO retainers, and ongoing support engagements.
  • Maintain project timelines, budgets, documentation, delivery quality, risk logs, and change requests.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between development, design, SEO, and email teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide proactive updates through Loom, email, and meetings.
  • Lead recurring review calls and roadmap discussions to support client goals and ongoing growth.
  • Allocate tasks across designers and developers, facilitate weekly delivery meetings, and review project progress.
  • Conduct QA reviews, enforce agency standards, and escalate risks or blockers to leadership when needed.
  • Help improve SOPs, workflows, internal documentation, and reporting structures.
  • Review project scope changes, support budget management, and help keep work aligned with profitability targets.
  • Assist with quoting, scoping, and proposal preparation when needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, account management, digital agency operations, or Shopify/eCommerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and website delivery workflows.
  • Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Preferred experience working with CRO, SEO, and email marketing teams.
  • Preferred familiarity with Shopify design and development workflows, distributed or international teams, and agile delivery processes.
  • Experience with Asana, Slack, Notion, Figma, Loom, Shopify, and AI productivity tools such as Claude is highly preferred.
