Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to plan and execute high-impact initiatives and customer journeys from kickoff to launch, with attention to client sales and marketing alignment.
  • Develop and implement cross-channel programs tied to core client KPIs and key moments of need using insights from analytics and behavioral science.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to operationalize program-based strategies and translate business goals into cross-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Lead strategic internal and client-facing meetings to align on goals, expectations, and program performance.
  • Oversee creation and optimization of campaign assets and infrastructure, including emails, forms, landing pages, and reporting.
  • Build custom multi-channel reports and implement reporting processes that capture key insights, define account success, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain data hygiene and list integrity, manage data and integrations between marketing and sales platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot), and establish standards where needed.
  • Participate in campaign planning and project management, including timelines, budgets, status reporting, and messaging/copy when required.
  • Identify customer segments for targeted programs, design consumer loyalty and engagement initiatives to drive ROI, and identify/mitigate risks related to CRM and reporting changes.
  • Craft service narratives and business cases to communicate program value, secure stakeholder buy-in, and support account management and growth efforts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B strategy experience in-house or at an agency (preferred).
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) including implementing and optimizing workflows, list hygiene, and lead scoring.
  • Experience working with marketing and sales platforms and integrations (examples: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop cross-channel marketing programs and tailor performance marketing to customer journeys and Account-Based Marketing needs.
  • Experience building custom reports and using analytics / behavioral insights to inform program design and measure KPIs.
  • Proven experience identifying new marketing channels and target audiences and iterating strategies to improve performance.
  • Comfortable with client-facing collaboration and presentations and able to articulate business and functional requirements.
  • Experience managing campaign planning elements (timelines, budgets, status reporting) and creating or optimizing processes in live time.
  • Strong problem-solving and independent working ability, including operating with limited instruction and creating new standards or processes when needed.
