Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise and multi-channel clients.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Manage client onboarding, goals, strategy, reporting expectations, and deliverable timelines.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and retention through strong service and proactive communication.
  • Track and manage contract renewals, upsells, and ad-hoc fee negotiations.
  • Resolve client complaints and escalate issues to senior staff when needed.
  • Collaborate with channel team managers to establish account priorities and execution plans.
  • Join sales meetings to support prospective client audits, preparation, and follow-up.
  • Develop case studies and testimonials to support sales efforts.
  • Improve internal processes for onboarding, reporting, communication, and account launches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of digital services and the ability to communicate them clearly.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Confidence presenting to clients by phone and in person.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with paid search, social, and display marketing platforms.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with tracking and tagging methods.
  • 5+ years of total professional experience.
  • Ability to manage change and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Experience with account management and client-facing communication is expected.
  • Experience with multi-channel digital marketing is preferred.
