Description

  • Lead 2-4 active searches per month, primarily for GTM and G&A roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through a wide range of channels and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
  • Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and gather feedback to refine search strategy.
  • Implement and optimize structured interviewing processes to support fair, data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Champion a strong candidate experience through clear communication and a smooth hiring process.
  • Support offer negotiations and close candidates for assigned roles.
  • Use market mapping and proactive outreach to engage passive candidates.
  • Build scorecards with hiring managers to align on role expectations and evaluation criteria.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house recruiting team.
  • Experience recruiting for tech startups across Series A-D.
  • Strong sourcing skills, market mapping skills, and experience targeting passive candidates through effective outreach.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interview process management, and offer negotiations through close.
  • Track record of hiring exceptional IC-level GTM, Product, and G&A talent.
  • Ability to quickly understand new roles and work with managers to establish a scorecard.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills with a consultative style.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
