Description

  • Support sales and operations teams with RFP and bid management for new and existing customers.
  • Create analysis files and manage the RFP pipeline from intake through internal review and final submission.
  • Track initiatives, bid awards, and pricing feedback in internal systems.
  • Coordinate with sales and account managers to resolve questions or issues requiring customer follow-up.
  • Lead final bid submissions through third-party portals with assigned account managers.
  • Assist with customer mini-bids, bulk spot-pricing requests, and other contract-related analyses.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Carrier Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Product teams to improve the RFP process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, results-driven role.
  • Experience with process management or bid management.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Experience working in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Transportation or logistics experience is preferred.
