Description

  • Support due diligence reviews for fintechs, financial institutions, vendors, and other third parties.
  • Communicate with global partners about requirements, timelines, and outstanding documentation.
  • Conduct and support KYC, KYB, enhanced due diligence, policy reviews, onboarding-flow reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Review partner documentation for completeness, consistency, and risk indicators.
  • Track onboarding progress, follow up on outstanding items, and support launch deadlines.
  • Respond to partner questions and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, AML, Legal, Product, and Project Management teams.
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to improvements in onboarding and diligence procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of reviews, decisions, approvals, and supporting documentation.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in risk management, operational risk, third-party risk, compliance, AML, financial crime, or a related function in a regulated industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience working with international partners and multiple regulatory jurisdictions.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying anomalies, inconsistencies, documentation gaps, and risk indicators.
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across Risk, Compliance, AML, Operations, Legal, Product, and Project Management.
  • Self-starter with strong accountability, sound judgment, and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with BSA/AML, KYC, KYB, enhanced due diligence, and third-party risk management.
  • Experience with partner or vendor onboarding, operational resilience, cybersecurity, data protection, outsourcing risk, relevant policies, or GRC/CRM/project tracking tools is preferred.
