Description

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other business teams to identify repetitive, high-volume workflows suitable for AI automation.
  • Run discovery sessions with non-technical stakeholders to map current-state workflows and document pain points.
  • Design and build AI agents using no-code and low-code platforms such as Claude and n8n.
  • Prototype, test, iterate, and deliver automation solutions end to end, including documentation and training.
  • Own the full delivery lifecycle for automation projects from concept through handoff.
  • Maintain and prioritize a backlog of automation opportunities based on business impact and implementation effort.
  • Build and lead an internal AI Agents enablement program for business teams.
  • Run hands-on workshops and create reusable templates and playbooks for agent development.
  • Coach business teams so they can build and maintain their own AI agents over time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a business operations, process improvement, or technical enablement role.
  • Hands-on experience building automated workflows or AI agents using modern tools such as n8n, Make, LangChain, Claude, or equivalent.
  • Experience using prompt engineering to obtain reliable, structured outputs from LLMs.
  • Ability to conduct business process discovery with non-technical stakeholders and translate findings into actionable specs.
  • Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong bias for shipping and preference for working prototypes over perfect design documents.
  • SQL or Python skills for data extraction and lightweight scripting are preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, or Netsuite is preferred.
  • Background in supply chain, freight, or logistics operations is preferred.
  • Background in software engineering is preferred.
