Description

  • Architect and build next-generation Conversational AI products and platforms using Generative AI technologies.
  • Design cloud-native, resilient, and scalable architectures for enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and set technical direction and best practices for engineering teams.
  • Partner with Product to shape requirements and translate product vision into scalable technical solutions.
  • Integrate and champion adoption of cutting-edge AI tools and services across teams.
  • Drive engineering excellence through comprehensive test automation and quality-first delivery.
  • Collaborate with the innovation team and senior engineers to shape the company’s AI strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

  • 10+ years building full-stack applications with Java and Node.js (Python and Vue.js are a plus).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years designing and architecting enterprise-grade SaaS products.
  • 5+ years shipping AI products to production, including solutions leveraging Generative AI/large language models.
  • Deep experience with cloud platforms; GCP experience is a plus.
  • Background in data analytics and reporting tools, especially for contact centers and conversational analytics (nice to have).
  • Proven track record leading engineering teams as the technical expert and driving technical decisions.

  • Base salary range $190,000 - $210,000 USD (final compensation varies by location, skills, and experience).
