Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable back-end services.
  • Build responsive and intuitive front-end user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement new features.
  • Maintain and improve the performance, quality, and responsiveness of existing applications.
  • Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • Professional experience with NodeJS for back-end development.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, specifically Couchbase.
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices, version control with Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Cloud deployment experience, preferably with Google Cloud Platform (GCP); AWS or Azure experience is also acceptable.
  • Experience with NestJS for back-end development and Vue for front-end development.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is preferred.
  • Experience with conversational AI or large language models, including Claude, is preferred.
  • Experience with internationalization, localization, and accessibility is preferred.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript in a NodeJS environment.
  • Familiarity with GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Salary range of $120,000 to $135,000 USD, with final compensation based on location, skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
