Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web services for the core B2B SaaS application.
  • Write clean, high-quality, well-tested code primarily in Ruby and Go.
  • Architect and manage complex database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.
  • Research, prototype, and implement AI-powered tools to improve the software development lifecycle.
  • Use AI tools to support code completion, automated reviews, and CI/CD pipeline optimization.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn user requirements into user-centric solutions.
  • Mentor other engineers and promote best practices and technical excellence.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across the development team and engineering processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience and deep proficiency in the full stack of B2B SaaS.
  • Front-end experience with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Back-end experience with Go preferred; Ruby, Python, or PHP are also acceptable.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Product-first mindset with the ability to think from the user's perspective.
  • Strong user experience and design sensibility.
  • Experience architecting solutions for complex, distributed systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
