Description

  • Leverage AI development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor as core working environments.
  • Design and orchestrate agentic workflows and sub-agents to accelerate development.
  • Build and maintain scalable frontend and backend systems across multiple portals.
  • Optimize database queries, caching layers, connection pools, and overall system performance.
  • Develop systems that can support millions of concurrent users and high-traffic workloads.
  • Ensure code quality through automated review pipelines and SonarCloud quality gates.
  • Apply security best practices and maintain strong code hygiene.
  • Architect distributed systems for global scale, reliability, fault tolerance, and high availability.
  • Collaborate on infrastructure and backend architecture decisions.
  • Use AI to speed up development, testing, and debugging across the software lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer in high-scale environments.
  • Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools and workflows.
  • Deep understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and system design.
  • Experience optimizing databases, APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of caching strategies and concurrency handling.
  • Ability to pass strict automated code quality and security standards.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-performance engineering culture.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience with agent-based or autonomous development systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with large-scale SaaS or platform ecosystems is preferred.
  • Experience working with global, distributed systems is preferred.
  • Background in high-traffic applications or real-time systems is preferred.
