Description

  • Formulate and execute a go-to-market territory strategy to identify and qualify high-value opportunities.
  • Continuously build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using varied prospecting methods to ensure long-term revenue predictability.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process for complex, transformational technology deals and consistently meet or exceed annual quotas.
  • Target and engage key decision-makers across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Contact Centers to position LivePerson as a strategic partner.
  • Present data-led business cases and ROI analyses to C-level prospects to articulate the value of Conversational AI.
  • Apply the MEDDPICC qualification framework to manage deals rigorously and produce accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts.
  • Orchestrate internal resources (Inside Sales, Solution Consultants, Legal, Marketing, Professional Services) to deliver seamless customer experiences and close deals.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to represent the voice of the customer in product roadmap and post-sale adoption efforts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional sales experience, including at least 4+ years managing large, complex enterprise software sales.
  • Proven success in SaaS, BPO, CX and CCaaS platforms, or online marketing sales environments.
  • Extensive experience with Strategic Value-Based Selling, including buyer group identification and complex business case definition.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of transformational technology and practical knowledge of AI applications and data-led decision-making.
  • Operational excellence managing long sales cycles, including disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with the US digital transformation landscape, including local consumer behaviors and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Mastery of the MEDDPICC qualification framework (or demonstrated ability to adopt it quickly).
  • Demonstrated growth mindset, entrepreneurial self-starter attitude, and customer-obsessed approach to delivering client outcomes.

  • Base salary range $110,000 to $140,000 USD (final compensation varies by location, experience, and qualifications).
