Description

  • Develop and lead technical and clinical project plans for hospital customers from kickoff through go-live and post-launch support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital stakeholders and own customer communication throughout the engagement.
  • Lead customer meetings, status reviews, and training sessions.
  • Coordinate across Engineering, DevOps, Product, Sales, and clinical teams to keep implementations on track.
  • Identify risks, manage scope, and escalate issues before they affect timelines.
  • Train hospital staff on product use, workflows, and best practices.
  • Track milestones, maintain documentation, and report project progress to internal leadership.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude Code as part of the daily workflow.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing software implementation projects for customers.
  • Proven track record of delivering healthcare IT solutions in hospital settings.
  • Ability to lead meetings and build trust with clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and clinical audiences.
  • Experience with EHR systems such as MEDITECH, Oracle Health/Cerner, or Epic, or with healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR (preferred).
  • PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential (preferred).
  • Experience at a healthcare technology vendor rather than only in an internal hospital role (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and workflows (preferred).
  • Experience with change management and end-user training programs (preferred).
  • Ability to work remotely in the United States, with a strong preference for Eastern Time Zone availability.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with a target range of $125,000 to $150,000.
