Description

  • Own the platform roadmap, product vision, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, partners, and emerging technologies to shape product strategy.
  • Define initiatives and requirements for personalization, interoperability, identity and consent, event-driven workflows, and enterprise deployment.
  • Own the healthcare integration layer across EHRs, HIEs, CRMs, digital experience platforms, and content management systems.
  • Lead partner integration assessments, prioritization, requirements, and delivery.
  • Maintain platform reliability, extensibility, scalability, interoperability, security, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, AI/ML, Behavioral Science, Design, Analytics, Security, and Client Success.
  • Influence teams without direct authority and represent the platform to clients, partners, and executives.
  • Establish success metrics, demonstrate platform value, and embed responsible AI practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of product management experience, preferably with SaaS, enterprise software, or platform products.
  • Strong product management fundamentals, including strategy, discovery, requirements, prioritization, and success metrics.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare markets and buyers, including payers, providers, employers, and retail health.
  • Experience defining or delivering partner, third-party, or platform integrations.
  • Demonstrated ownership of technically complex, ambiguous product areas from strategy through execution.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and distinguish product strategy from project management.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, customers, and executives.
  • Comfort understanding system architecture, APIs, data models, integrations, event-driven workflows, identity resolution, analytics, and technical constraints.
  • Experience with REST APIs, FHIR, HL7, EHR, healthcare data, cloud or event-driven platforms, privacy, consent, scalability, reliability, or security.
  • Healthcare, digital health, AI/ML product, HIPAA/PHI, regulated-environment, startup, or high-growth experience preferred; U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required.

  • Salary range of $135,000–$160,000.
  • Remote work, with hybrid flexibility in Tennessee.
