Description

  • Define and deliver platform strategy and product bets for Lirio’s healthcare platform.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prioritize competing demands using systems thinking and evidence-based trade-offs.
  • Own decisioning and orchestration capabilities as products for personalized interventions.
  • Own the healthcare integration layer across EHRs, HIEs, CRMs, digital experience platforms, and content management systems.
  • Lead partner platform integrations from technical assessment through requirement definition and delivery.
  • Define product requirements for data flows, event-driven workflows, identity, consent, and analytics.
  • Keep the platform reliable, interoperable, extensible, and scalable across enterprise healthcare environments.
  • Build cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data Science, AI/ML, Behavioral Science, Analytics, Security, and Client Success.
  • Lead through influence with senior stakeholders, clients, partners, and executives, and mentor other product managers.

Requirements

  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Must spend the first week onsite at one of Lirio’s Tennessee offices; travel expenses are paid.
  • Remote role with the opportunity to be hybrid if located in Tennessee.
  • 7+ years of progressive product management experience preferred.
  • Experience owning complex enterprise platforms, integrations, or technically sophisticated products preferred.
  • Experience leading platform initiatives from discovery through delivery with measurable impact preferred.
  • Strong product fundamentals, including discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, success metrics, and data-driven validation.
  • Strong systems thinking and decision-making ability in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and align multiple teams around product direction.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, digital health, payer/provider, retail health, or life sciences, including AI/ML-enabled products, HIPAA/PHI/ePHI, and regulated environments.
  • Comfort working with system architecture, integration patterns, data models, event-driven workflows, identity resolution, analytics, and technical constraints.
  • Preferred technical familiarity with REST APIs, Model Context Protocols, FHIR, HL7, EHR/pharmacy/claims data, cloud-based and event-driven platforms, data pipelines, experimentation, observability, reliability, and security.
