Description

  • Support end-to-end presales activities for supply chain transformation and technology engagements.
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, solution narratives, effort estimates, assumptions, and delivery approaches.
  • Create client-facing presentations, solution decks, offering materials, business case documents, and executive discussion materials.
  • Support the development of new supply chain service offerings, accelerators, frameworks, and reusable consulting assets.
  • Lead or support requirements gathering sessions with client business stakeholders across supply chain functions.
  • Analyze current-state business processes and identify gaps, pain points, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and solution specifications.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis between business requirements and technology platform capabilities.
  • Support future-state process design, operating models, solution design, configuration discussions, integration requirements, testing, and deployment planning.
  • Facilitate client workshops, design sessions, process reviews, and executive readouts while bridging communication between business and technology teams.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, supply chain transformation, or technology implementation roles.
  • Strong experience in supply chain domains such as planning, procurement, logistics and transportation, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, or order management.
  • Experience supporting or leading client-facing consulting engagements.
  • Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, solution documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience contributing to presales, proposals, RFP responses, solution presentations, or consulting offerings.
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams across business, IT, architecture, data, analytics, AI, and delivery functions.
  • Experience in supply chain digital transformation, planning transformation, ERP transformation, or analytics-led supply chain improvement programs.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis techniques such as user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, test scenarios, and UAT support.
  • Good understanding of enterprise application landscapes involving ERP, planning systems, data platforms, and integration layers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Lucidchart, and Visio or similar tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Technology preferred.
  • Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, PRINCE2 Agile, Scrum, SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
  • Knowledge or experience with platforms such as o9 Solutions, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle SCM Cloud, Anaplan, E2open, Manhattan Associates, Infor Nexus, Coupa/Ariba, Tableau, or Power BI is a strong plus.
