Description

Support the development of the Supply Chain Analytics offering across business planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, demand planning, and procurement analytics.
Shape reusable solution areas and accelerators such as forecasting models, inventory dashboards, planning insights, and performance monitoring tools.
Contribute to the roadmap for the domain area in alignment with practice priorities, go-to-market direction, and partner strategy.
Participate in client discovery workshops, needs assessments, and advisory conversations around planning, forecasting, inventory, and procurement.
Translate client challenges into analytics use cases, solution concepts, implementation approaches, and solution blueprints.
Contribute to proposals, RFIs, RFPs, scoping, estimations, and solution design activities.
Act as a subject matter expert during solution development and delivery, providing guidance on supply chain processes, planning logic, and business adoption.
Support project teams in designing practical, scalable solutions for planners, supply chain managers, and operational stakeholders.
Manage, mentor, or coordinate consultants and specialists within the domain area or project stream.
Contribute to internal playbooks, use-case libraries, reference materials, training activities, and thought leadership content.

Requirements

Around 15 years of professional experience in supply chain, consulting, and data analytics.
Strong hands-on expertise in at least one domain: planning, forecasting, inventory management, or procurement.
Experience with data and analytics solutions for supply chain, such as dashboards, forecasting models, optimization tools, or decision-support solutions.
Practical understanding of supply chain metrics including forecast accuracy, bias, service level, inventory turns, stock availability, safety stock, and planning efficiency.
Experience supporting or leading client-facing work such as discovery workshops, solution design, business case development, pre-sales, or consulting delivery.
Experience managing people, leading a project stream, coordinating consultants, or mentoring junior team members.
Ability to translate business requirements into analytics, data, or AI-enabled solution concepts with technical teams.
Good understanding of modern BI, cloud, data, and analytics tools used for planning, forecasting, and inventory decisions.
Strong communication and storytelling skills for business and technical audiences.
Experience working in global or matrixed environments.
Experience in CPG, retail, manufacturing, pharma, healthcare, or industrial goods is preferred.
Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, o9, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis is preferred.
Exposure to machine learning, statistical forecasting, optimization, or AI-enabled planning solutions is preferred.
