Description

  • Support the development of the Supply Chain Analytics offering across business planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, demand planning, and procurement analytics.
  • Shape reusable solution areas and accelerators such as forecasting models, inventory dashboards, planning insights, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Contribute to the roadmap for the domain area in alignment with practice priorities, go-to-market direction, and partner strategy.
  • Participate in client discovery workshops, needs assessments, and advisory conversations around planning, forecasting, inventory, and procurement.
  • Translate client challenges into analytics use cases, solution concepts, implementation approaches, and solution blueprints.
  • Contribute to proposals, RFIs, RFPs, scoping, estimations, and solution design activities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during solution development and delivery, providing guidance on supply chain processes, planning logic, and business adoption.
  • Support project teams in designing practical, scalable solutions for planners, supply chain managers, and operational stakeholders.
  • Manage, mentor, or coordinate consultants and specialists within the domain area or project stream.
  • Contribute to internal playbooks, use-case libraries, reference materials, training activities, and thought leadership content.

Requirements

  • Around 15 years of professional experience in supply chain, consulting, and data analytics.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in at least one domain: planning, forecasting, inventory management, or procurement.
  • Experience with data and analytics solutions for supply chain, such as dashboards, forecasting models, optimization tools, or decision-support solutions.
  • Practical understanding of supply chain metrics including forecast accuracy, bias, service level, inventory turns, stock availability, safety stock, and planning efficiency.
  • Experience supporting or leading client-facing work such as discovery workshops, solution design, business case development, pre-sales, or consulting delivery.
  • Experience managing people, leading a project stream, coordinating consultants, or mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into analytics, data, or AI-enabled solution concepts with technical teams.
  • Good understanding of modern BI, cloud, data, and analytics tools used for planning, forecasting, and inventory decisions.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for business and technical audiences.
  • Experience working in global or matrixed environments.
  • Experience in CPG, retail, manufacturing, pharma, healthcare, or industrial goods is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, o9, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis is preferred.
  • Exposure to machine learning, statistical forecasting, optimization, or AI-enabled planning solutions is preferred.
