Description

  • Support the development of the Supply Chain Analytics offering across business planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, demand planning, and procurement analytics.
  • Shape reusable solution assets and accelerators such as forecasting models, inventory dashboards, planning insights, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Contribute to the domain roadmap aligned with practice priorities, go-to-market direction, and partner strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and extend offerings based on market trends, client needs, and delivery learnings.
  • Participate in client conversations, discovery workshops, and business needs assessments.
  • Translate client challenges into analytics use cases, solution concepts, and implementation approaches.
  • Contribute to proposals, RFIs, RFPs, scoping, estimations, and solution design activities.
  • Work with data, AI, cloud, and delivery teams to define solution blueprints that connect business value, analytics design, implementation, and adoption.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during solution development and delivery, providing guidance on supply chain processes, planning logic, inventory metrics, and business adoption.
  • Manage, mentor, or coordinate consultants and specialists within the domain and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and training.

Requirements

  • Around 15 years of professional experience in supply chain, consulting, and data analytics.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of these domains: planning, forecasting, inventory management, or procurement.
  • Experience with data and analytics solutions for supply chain, including dashboards, forecasting models, optimization tools, or decision-support solutions.
  • Practical understanding of supply chain metrics such as forecast accuracy, bias, service level, inventory turns, stock availability, safety stock, and planning efficiency.
  • Experience supporting or leading client-facing work such as discovery workshops, solution design, business case development, pre-sales, or consulting delivery.
  • Experience managing people, leading project streams, coordinating consultants, or mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into analytics, data, or AI-enabled solution concepts with technical teams.
  • Good understanding of modern BI, cloud, data, and analytics tools supporting planning, forecasting, and inventory decisions.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for both business and technical audiences.
  • Experience working in global or matrixed environments.
  • Experience in CPG, retail, manufacturing, pharma, healthcare, or industrial goods is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, o9, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis is preferred.
  • Exposure to machine learning, statistical forecasting, optimization, or AI-enabled planning solutions is preferred.
  • Experience contributing to reusable consulting assets, accelerators, or capability-building initiatives is preferred.
