Description

  • Own solution design and architecture for Sales and Route-to-Market analytics use cases.
  • Define end-to-end solution blueprints, including data inputs, metrics, analytical logic, outputs, and business actions.
  • Work with client sales, GTM, and trade marketing teams to frame business questions and success criteria.
  • Translate business needs into analytical requirements and user stories that can be industrialized.
  • Build reusable RTM accelerators, data models, KPI frameworks, and analytics templates.
  • Standardize metrics, logic, and reporting structures to support consistent and repeatable deployment across markets.
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure solutions are robust, automated, and production-ready.
  • Act as solution owner during delivery and ensure alignment between business intent and technical implementation.
  • Review analytical logic, dashboards, and outputs to ensure business relevance and quality.
  • Support pre-sales activities by shaping solution approaches, developing POVs and demos, and estimating scope and effort.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in analytics consulting, CPG, or sales analytics roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience designing Sales / Route-to-Market analytics solutions.
  • Experience with sales force KPIs and productivity models.
  • Experience with distribution, coverage, and outlet segmentation analytics.
  • Experience with channel and customer performance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to move from business problem to analytics design to scalable solution.
  • Strong analytical foundation with experience working on multi-source sales and distribution data.
  • Experience with analytics and BI tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, automation, and analytics product concepts is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English.
