Description

  • Lead People & Culture reporting enablement by increasing adoption and effective use of reporting tools and insights across the organization.
  • Support the development and delivery of the Insights roadmap with an emphasis on automation and self-service.
  • Act as a consultant to P&C leaders and business stakeholders by surfacing analytical trends and insights for executive decision-making.
  • Implement a consultative intake framework that ties reporting requests to business problems or OKRs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to analysts while promoting knowledge sharing and reporting standards.
  • Review ServiceNow trends and implement self-service solutions to reduce reporting friction and operational bottlenecks.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable reporting solutions that meet business needs.
  • Expand security roles, build calculated fields, and enhance report functionality when needed.
  • Help define KPIs for new people initiatives and establish success measures and metrics.
  • Partner with Corporate Data, FP&A, IS, and other teams to bridge Workday and Looker dashboards, support integrations, and resolve complex system issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Expert-level proficiency with complex calculated fields and Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and nBox reporting.
  • Proven experience building and managing high-stakes reports such as Board decks, ESG reporting, or annual reports.
  • Deep knowledge of custom report configuration and large data sets.
  • Experience identifying system inefficiencies and implementing sustainable fixes based on best practices.
  • Experience working in agile or pod-based environments, ideally as a product owner for people data.
  • Experience working within or closely with a People or HR function and understanding HR lifecycles including recruitment, turnover, compensation, and diversity metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in English is required as a working language.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or an equivalent combination of training and experience (preferred).
  • Background as an HR Business Analyst or Data Analyst (preferred).
  • Experience with People Analytics tools such as Prism, Looker, or Tableau (preferred).
  • Workday Pro Certification in Reporting (preferred).
