Description

  • Own the strategy, performance, and leadership of the Marketing Automation, Conversion Rate Optimization, Marketing Analytics, and Marketing AI teams.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team across automation, CRO, AI, and data functions.
  • Define and execute global growth strategies aligned with business goals across markets and verticals.
  • Use experimentation and data analytics to improve lead generation, lead scoring, conversion funnels, and retention.
  • Own the global marketing tech stack and automation strategy to support scalable campaign execution.
  • Lead CRO initiatives across web properties in partnership with UX, design, and content teams.
  • Work with Information Systems and sales teams to identify and implement AI-driven marketing improvements.
  • Partner with the Data Office to define KPIs, build dashboards, and improve performance measurement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional leaders, product teams, and revenue operations on growth priorities and execution.
  • Establish a strong experimentation framework and test-and-learn culture across the teams under your leadership.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing operations, ideally in a global SaaS or eCommerce environment.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams, including cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Proven success scaling or managing Marketing Automation, AI, CRO, and/or Data teams.
  • Deep understanding of modern marketing tech stacks such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Fivetran, Looker, GA4, and Clay.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive marketing performance.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, global mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required as a working language.
  • Experience in the POS, retail tech, or hospitality tech industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA is preferred.
